Due to Hawk Ridge Systems’ incredible growth plans, we are looking to add a Project Coordinator to our team. In this exciting entry-level project coordination role, you will have the opportunity to showcase your exceptional communication, organizational, and project coordination skills! The Project Coordinator will coordinate and oversee all of the details of each engineering service project in a post-sales capacity and is a highly customer centric role, working directly with our customers as well as with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition of all project details to the Implementation team.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING IN THIS PROJECT COORDINTOR ROLE?


  • Plan meetings and organize project logistics
  • Ensure projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project
  • Monitor the daily progress of projects
  • Provide detailed updates to project managers or other stakeholders
  • Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members
  • Provide administrative support as needed


WHAT WILL YOU NEED FOR SUCCESS IN THIS PROJECT COORDINTOR ROLE?


  • Excellent organizational/administrative skills
  • Personable with an excellent work ethic, a “whatever it takes” positive, solution-oriented attitude, and the confidence and drive to deliver results in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Computer skills using Microsoft Office and ability to learn a variety of tracking and project management software
  • Degree in related field preferred (equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered)
  • 1-3 years experience in a general business environment with project coordination and/or administration experience
  • Autonomous, self-driven, detail-oriented, excellent communicator with outstanding time management and interpersonal skills (empathetic, team player, problem solver with excellent conflict management skills)
  • Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills
  • Flexible, adaptable, assertive, and persuasive, as well as the ability to learn quickly, multitask, analyze, and prioritize responsibilities

Hawk Ridge Systems has determined that the new hire pay range for this role is between $42,480 and $59,000. Your base pay will be based on a number of factors, including knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
