What You Will Do

Physical Requirements include but are not limited to: Grasping, kneeling, light – moderate lifting (objects up to 20 pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, typing, sitting, standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, read fine print), hearing requirement and the ability to sit at a computer for long periods of time.
Mental Requirements (Both Field & Office) include but are not limited to: Ability to: understand, remember and apply oral and/or written instructions or other information, understand complex problems and collaborate/explore alternative solutions, organize thoughts and ideas into understandable terminology, organize and prioritize work schedule on a short-term basis, make decisions which have moderate impact on the immediate work unit and monitor impact outside this area, understand and follow basic instructions and guidelines, complete routine forms, compose letters, outlines, memoranda and basic reports and communicate with individuals via telephone.

What You Will Do
- Ensure project plans are kept up to date.
- Act on behalf of the department in dispensing project information.
- Organize, attend, and participate in stakeholder meetings.
- Provide regular look-ahead status reporting to PM’s on upcoming deliverables (Gating, issues management, compliance, Operational Readiness, etc.)
- Monitor and drive various Project closeout activities.
- Provide various project support to the Manager and Project Managers.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications (SharePoint, Office and Power BI).
- Ability to handle a heavy workload and work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and take initiative.
- Customer-focused and solutions-driven mindset.
- University degree or related construction or operational training and/or experience with 4 or more years of previous related experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Background in industrial project delivery of various sizes.
- Office-based position with infrequent field travel required.
- Periodic trips to remote offices and field construction jobsites.
