Project Coordinator (FT)

The Project Coordinator Oversee all Prime Meats processes, suggest and implement changes for efficiencies, Follow-up on business objectives and measure performance, Obtain and analyze sales data for decision making, Build and implement a mid-level reporting strategy.
Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate changes in product presentations
• Validate SKU generation
• Plan product fulfillment
• Plan packaging materials inventory requirements
• Coordinate first orders for new products
• Coordinate catalog expansion, plan implementation and implement adjustments
• Supervise order processing
• Define product presentation and packaging
• Evaluate and analyze potential suppliers
• Translate inventory requirements to S&OP meetings

Preferred Qualifications

• One year of supply chain experience (preferred).
• Detail-oriented.
• Excellent communication skills (preferred)
• Two years of clerical experience (preferred).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (preferred).
