This is an Engineering Project coordinator. It is a Hybrid role, 4days onsite in Dearborn , MI.

Qualifications

• Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to keep information organized and confidential
• Ability to work independently and manage one's time
• Strong drive to maintain schedules and keep the team on trace
• Verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking, customer service skills and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

This person will support the project manager and project teams on HiL Testing projects

• Keep track of expenses using MS Excel
• Monitor status of rework or outstanding board bring-ups issues and ensure engineers are responding in a timely manner
• Provide vendor onboarding support
• Schedule meetings with team and cross functional partners as required
• Assist project managers with preparing schedules and coordinating projects
• Create purchase orders and monitor approval process to ensure PCB and assembly houses are ready to go
• Inform team leads and project managers about any timeline slips in a timely manner
• Create documentation & presentation using Ms Word, MS PowerPoint etc.
