Community Manager - Ecorse, Mi $70,000 - $75,000 Annually

KMG Prestige is seeking a Community Manager in Ecorse, Michigan who is goal-oriented, enjoys new challenges, and has a passion for property management. The ideal candidate will strive to create happy residents through providing superior customer service and maintaining a positive attitude. Community Managers are responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the apartment community, handling resident concerns, rent collection, marketing the community, and leading the site staff.

What We Are Looking For

• Budgeting experience
• Ability to obtain Real Estate Salesperson License (paid for by the company)
• Implement tactics to mitigate incidents
• Ability to make sound decisions under pressure
• Ability to maintain effective resident behavior management
• Demonstrated leadership abilities
• Property management experience
• Possess a high level of diplomacy skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to remain calm in critical situations
• Customer service mindset
