Description
  • Processes
  • Assists Project Team in managing individual projects with unique document and/or project cost needs
  • Assists in maintenance and updating of existing policies and manuals
  • Assists in producing training materials in conjunction with the Construction Technology Manager
  • Systems
  • Engages with the Construction technology manager to revise systems to best meet project operation teams needs
  • Safety
  • Engaged with Construction Technology Manager and Safety Department and manages safety document access and revisions
  • Training
  • Operations Cost Control
  • Manages the day to day job cost and commitment integrations to ensure project teams are working off current cost and contract control
  • Assists in development of new technology manuals
  • Fully understand and document the integration that ties the Project Management software (ACC) with the accounting platform (JD Edwards).
  • Day to day updates to ACC system including current job updates to templates, report views, personnel, etc.
