In this career-accelerating role, you will steer programs and portfolios for leading power utility companies and become a driving force in implementing agile, state-of-the-art Project Controls practices.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • You'll become the go-to guide for navigating complex project control challenges at every level - portfolio, program, and project, showcasing your specialized skills and strategic direction.
  • You'll have the chance to foster a thriving work environment by supervising and providing performance reviews for lower-level Project Control Engineer/Specialists and support personnel.
  • You'll put your analytical prowess to work by scrutinizing schedules, identifying critical paths, and articulating your insights verbally and in writing.
  • You'll work closely with Program Directors, aiding them in steering intricate Programs - an ideal opportunity to widen your professional experience and visibility.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills to craft compelling, data-driven narratives.
  • A sound understanding of the power industry, especially high-voltage Transmission and Distribution (T&D).
  • Excellent communication skills that enable you to interact effectively at all levels.
  • A bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience) enriched by 8+ years of relevant work experience.
  • A solid grounding in Cost Management.
  • Superior P6 knowledge, proficient in employing the Critical Path Methodology (CPM) and resource optimization techniques.
  • A solid grounding in the Earned Value Management System, specifically with CPI, SPI, and S-Curves metrics.
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI Dashboards for actionable data insights.

Salary Range:

$100,400.00 - $175,700.00
