Hiring a Senior Buyer - Sourcing / Procurement Specialist - Capital Equipment - Strategic, Corporate Level role delivering value to North American Manufacturing Plants

Reporting to the Director of Procurement, this is a corporate level senior buyer that can make an immediate impact by supporting capital projects and purchases for North American factories.

Our client is an established manufacturer and produces reliable chemical products for a variety of industries and applications. The longevity and stability allows our client to provide career growth from their home offices in eastern PA.

We are looking for an experienced equipment buyer who can manage $20MM+ in annual spend (industrial machines, conveyors, furnaces, pumps, tanks, control systems, generators, etc). You will identify and develop supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, execute and track projects and deliver best value to several production plants.

Background and Experience

• Engineering Aptitude (mechanical, power, electrical, automation, controls)
• Bachelor's Degree preferred (engineering, supply chain, business, etc)
• Experience in strategic sourcing and purchasing capital equipment for industrial manufacturing settings
