Project Analyst (Junior) Jobs

This role will provide project support for Field Services. The Project Analyst I is an entry level position that requires basic understanding of business process, communication, and organization. Must be able to work under pressure with short deadlines is also needed to be able to provide the best services to internal and external customers. Onsite for first few months during training and then hybrid schedule after that. 2-3 days per week in office.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Create and maintain billing/invoice registers;
• Organize and file vendor Purchase Orders and invoices for prompt payment;
• Organize and file customer invoices, debit memos and credit memos;
• Cooperate during financial audits;
• Interact with client counterparts
• Assist in maintaining project folders;
• Monitor and expedite vendor invoices to the client to enable faster invoicing to our customers;
• Generate Purchase Orders for subvendors on individual projects on a high volume basis;
• Perform other such duties as may be required.
• Support other Project Analysts in their duties and responsibilities;
• Provide project support including but not limited to; Communication with office and site operation personnel, administrative document control, and customer billing support;
• Participate in training courses and programs as they relate to overall business and personal development, as well as product related developments;
• Assist with the consolidation and organization of project documents to facilitate customer invoicing;

Education And/or Experience

• Accredited degree from college or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience equal to two (2) years.

Language Skills:

• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business general business financial statements.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, suppliers and the general public.

Mathematical Skills:

• Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

Reasoning Ability:

• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.

Computer Skills:

• Basic personal computer skills including electronic mail, word processing, spreadsheet, internet software and basic database.
