Job Description
  • Cooperate during financial audits.
  • Monitor and expedite vendor invoices to MHPSA to enable faster invoicing to our customers
  • Provide project support including but not limited to; Communication with office and site operation personnel, administrative document control, and customer billing support.
  • Participate in training courses and programs as they relate to overall business and personal development, as well as product related developments.
  • Support other Project Analysts in their duties and responsibilities.
  • Create and maintain billing/invoice registers
  • Process, organize and file customer invoices, debit memos and credit memos.
  • Maintaining the project folders related with the scopes assigned.
  • Generate Purchase Orders for vendors on individual projects on a high volume basis.
  • Process vendor invoices for payment interacting with different people in the company.
  • Assist with the consolidation and organization of project documents to facilitate customer invoicing.
  • Organize and file vendor Purchase Orders.
