EquipmentShare is searching for a Program Manager to support our Omnichannel Experience team as the department continues to grow. This new team member may be based anywhere in the United States and offers a remote/hybrid work option, but must be able to meet with management in person at least quarterly.
EquipmentShare is looking for an experienced Program Manager to join our Omnichannel Experience team! In this high impact role, you will be responsible for planning and delivering large projects to support our regional branches which span multiple organizations, end-to-end. The ideal candidate has a track record of delivering major launches, transforming customer experience, working with partner teams, with a passion for building solutions for customers that are simultaneously practical and delightful. You must operate with agility and scrappiness in solving new and complex programs, and operate fluidly amidst ambiguity. You have the experience and ability to set common goals and rally alignment across a large number of stakeholders across our corporate and regional teams.
Primary Responsibilities For a Program Manager
  • Innovate and design strategies that help our branch GMs and Sales teams grow their businesses.
  • Work with technology teams and product managers to develop new tools and systems to support the growth of the business
  • Conduct research, identify gaps in process/tooling/experience offering, and design solutions that address unmet GM and Regional Sales team needs.
  • Assess and manage risks, monitor and report on progress with actionable insights, anticipate and resolve bottlenecks, and provide escalation management.
  • Create and execute go-to-market plan for new strategies and solutions, including gathering business requirements, building & delivering against the roadmap, and creating & monitoring meaningful KPIs.
  • Identify marketing opportunities and support the delivery of effective marketing campaigns with internal and external partners.
  • Lead GM and Regional Sales team relations, including managing setting objectives and success criteria, and driving towards operational excellence.

Minimum Qualifications
Skills & Qualifications for a Program Manager
  • Proactive approach to project management
  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
  • 5+ years of cross functional project delivery experience
  • 5+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
  • 3+ years of team management experience
  • 5+ years of program or project management experience
  • Experience developing creative solutions to complex problems
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the Construction or Fleet Management Industry
  • Experience working in a SaaS environment
