lululemon is an innovative performance apparel company for yoga, running, training, and other athletic pursuits. Setting the bar in technical fabrics and functional design, we create transformational products and experiences that support people in moving, growing, connecting, and being well. We owe our success to our innovative product, emphasis on stores, commitment to our people, and the incredible connections we make in every community we're in. As a company, we focus on creating positive change to build a healthier, thriving future. That includes creating an equitable, inclusive and growth-focused environment for our people.
About This Team
lululemon’s technology services are modernizing, adopting leading-edge methodologies for many initiatives. Identity and Access Management (IAM) program has moved under the Cybersecurity portfolio to further facilitate the rapid change of core security services, and enforcement of governance controls. The IAM program encompasses the planning, design, implementation, maintenance, support, and continuous improvement of identity and access services across the global enterprise. The key to our success is largely dependent on the stellar ability of our leadership teams. We are currently searching for an experienced program manager to join our team and help shape the IAM program for success. The ideal candidate will have a sharp business mind and a proven ability to collaborate, strategize and implement high-level program initiatives. As a natural born leader, you will have a strong talent for cross-functional team coordination and delegation. Ultimately, you are motivated by the desire to optimize productivity and nurture program success from inception to completion.

  • Anticipate risks and issues, create, and monitor mitigation plans.
  • Drive alignment across projects to successfully achieve established business objectives and goals.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex cybersecurity projects, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and timeline.
Qualifications
  • Experience managing program CAPEX and OPEX budgets.
  • 3+ years of hands-on technical program management experience, preferably with large high-visibility programs.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive, strong leadership, sound judgement, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to successfully influence teams with competing priorities within deadlines in a complex and rapidly evolving organization.
  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles, frameworks, and industry best practices, such as NIST Cybersecurity Framework, CIS 18, ISO 27001, or other security governance models.
  • Familiarity with Cybersecurity Program Management concepts, processes, and/or solutions is a plus.
  • Experience working on transformation programs with technology components.
Must Haves
  • Fosters connection by putting people first and building trusting relationships.
  • Integrates fun and joy as a way of being and working, aka doesn’t take themselves too seriously.
  • Possesses an entrepreneurial spirit and continuously innovates to achieve great results.
