Job Description
ICF seeks a Program Coordinator who will directly support a federal cybersecurity client’s day-to-day programmatic needs. The Program Coordinator is an administrative support specialist who will be responsible for supporting activities related to the coordination of cybersecurity operations across the federal government. This includes providing support for coordination of client meetings and tasks, liaising with client team members and their stakeholders, and providing general administrative support to the project. The position is a hybrid role and on-site work will be conducted in Arlington, VA.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as point of contact for the client and provide prompt, substantive and comprehensive responses to all client needs and requests
  • Work with the Team Lead to organize and track key project deadlines, metrics, and deliverables
  • Contribute to the design, implementation, and management of workflow processes to support efforts to continuously improve project management and organization
  • Support development of reports, project documents, and other program materials as needed
  • Liaise with both internal and external stakeholders, including the client
  • Set-up and maintain an organized system for management of project files and documentation
  • Coordinate dissemination of information and program materials to key stakeholders
  • Coordinate logistics and planning of project related meetings and activities
  • Provide feedback about challenges and successes and troubleshoot any barriers encountered within the assigned tasks
  • Provide support with other general administrative duties as assigned
  • Manage meetings to include drafting and sending agendas, scheduling, and maintaining meeting minutes
What You Must Have:
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Security Clearance required
  • U.S. Citizenship required (required by federal government for position)
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or project support role
Professional Skills:
  • Experience drafting reports, meeting minutes, or after-action reports
  • Customer service orientation with interpersonal, organizational, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Project) and MS SharePoint and Teams

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position. The pay range for this position is:
$68,658.00 - $116,718.00
