The Notre Dame Football Office is seeking a multi-talented individual who loves to work in a fast-paced, action-oriented, results-driven environment. This position will work with all aspects of the program; advance travel to away games; manage all aspects of procurement; plan and execute football-hosted events and hospitality; liaison with the ticket office; assist in execution of the hiring process; execute all expense reports (non-recruiting) and other administrative tasks all while supporting Coach Freeman, the assistant coaches, staff, and families.
The job will require organization, presentation, communication, collaboration, innovation, a desire for tasks and an insatiable thirst for success all while sporting a great attitude, a smile, and compassion for co-workers, guests of the program, and partners both internal and external. Institutional and community knowledge are huge plus for this position.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • General knowledge of a university structure and compliance rules (in concept) and a commitment to adhere to policies as set forth by the university and the NCAA
  • Proficient computer skills in multiple programs (Microsoft suite, Adobe, or similar).
  • 1-2 years experience in college athletics or related
  • Bachelors Degree (4 years)
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
