Are you passionate about the dynamics of the digital advertising industry and possess a unique blend of program management skills and analytical acumen? We are seeking a Program Coordinator to play a pivotal role in Microsoft Advertising's Managed Customer Incentive programs. If you have experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, or Microsoft Ads, and are skilled in utilizing analytics tools to drive data-driven insights, this opportunity is tailored for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Recommendations: Analyze the performance of incentive programs in the market, extracting key insights and formulating strategic summaries and recommendations to capitalize on growth opportunities.
- Financial Coordination: Collaborate with Finance teams to manage program budgets, monitor spending, and provide accurate pacing and reporting on incentive program expenditures.
- Program Management and Tracking: Take a lead role in managing and supporting Microsoft Advertising's Managed Customer Incentive programs. Develop and implement processes for effective program tracking, ensuring accurate reporting on program performance.
- Sales and Client Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Sales teams to execute incentive strategies and communicate program benefits to clients and agencies effectively.
- Performance Reporting: Create and manage comprehensive reports that provide a clear view of program outcomes, assisting in decision-making and communication across the organization.
- Analytics Expertise: Utilize advanced analytics tools to generate meaningful insights from program data. Identify trends, patterns, and areas of improvement to enhance the effectiveness of incentive programs.
- Legal and Contract Management: Partner with Legal teams to develop, update, and manage incentive contracts with advertisers and agencies, ensuring compliance and clarity in contractual terms.
Qualifications:
- Familiarity with budget management and financial reporting for incentive programs.
- Prior experience in contract management and legal collaboration is a plus.
- Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads, or Microsoft Ads, demonstrating a strong understanding of digital advertising platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in utilizing analytics tools to extract actionable insights from large datasets.
- Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations.
- Strong communication skills to facilitate effective collaboration across diverse teams.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in program management within the digital advertising industry.
