Program Analyst - Research Administration (Hybrid)

Ripple Effect is looking for a Program Analyst to provide technical, administrative, programmatic, and evaluative support services to satisfy the overall operational objectives supporting the Congressionally Directed Medical Research Programs (CDMRP). Responsibilities

• Provides administrative support for program evaluation and portfolio analysis tasks.
• Coordinates with the Government POC to develop program reports and award tracking.
• Works under minimal supervision.
• Provides meeting support such as scheduling, meeting minutes, and after meeting follow up activities.
• Must take initiative and possess excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Prepares topic area, program, or product-related summary materials for scientific programs.
• Reviews status and follows up on delinquency reports and provides project management support for program evaluation, program management, and award management as requested.
• Provides award management support for tracking portfolio status in accordance with established milestones.
• Provides administrative support by assisting with harvesting and collating data and/or information for evaluation and management tasks.

Requirements
Minimum Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in science, health, healthcare or related area,
• 4 years minimum experience

Basic Requirements

• Computer literacy with experience using SharePoint, Microsoft Office applications such as Excel and Outlook; including the ability to prepare and maintain complex spreadsheets.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and time management skills; demonstrated capacity for detailed organization and synthesis of abstract and disparate information.
• Electronic database and spreadsheet experience.
• Ability to work independently and know when to seek assistance.
• Highly efficient and extremely detail oriented.
• Ability to prioritize among multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for face-to-face interaction with clients, coworkers, and stakeholders.
