Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated talent acquisition professional who wants to learn the fast-paced world of staffing. Opportunity includes uncapped commission, constant training and development and the opportunity to immediately partner with the best employers in Los Angeles.


Job Overview:


·Work with existing clients to fulfill recruiting needs

·Partner with internal team to develop subject matter expertise on various markets within Los Angeles.

·Develop and manage hiring pipeline by sourcing appropriate candidates, walking them through the hiring process from start to finish

·Implement a structured interview process for each role to ensure that we are measuring the most relevant skills in a consistent way across all candidates

·Navigate candidates & managers through complex compensation and current market data for alignment of each placement

·Maintaininternal database of pre-screened and qualified candidates

·Assist with reference checks and on-boarding process for placed candidates

·Utilize internal technology tools to build a pipeline of qualified candidates and clients.

Required Experience:


·Bachelor’s degree

·Sales experience (professional or internship) in a fast-paced environmenthighly preferred

·Ability to perform high quality recruiting in a fast paced environment requiring high levels of prioritization. hiring, prioritization and delivering significant impact as an individual contributor.

·Ability to take initiative and build strong relationships internally and externally

·Effective communication skills

·Driven personality and eager to grow your career professionally
