The Opportunity:
Your role at Sephora... As our Production Manager, you will partner with internal teams and external vendors to bring creative visions to life. This position will focus primarily on the development of the visual design space and merchandising execution, as well as managing retail production purchasing, distribution and store support of all merchandiser and printed marketing materials in various retail environments. This position will report to the Senior Production Manager.
- Independently anticipate and meet store needs when it comes to operational execution of in-store materials and field communication
- Comfortable with moving forward on tasks before all the details are known
- Builds and maintains strong relationships with internal Sephora and Sephora within a Kohl’s teams from the store design, marketing, program management, merchandising, operations and store procurement teams
- Drives tasks to successful completion and closure by managing print production timelines with internal teams and external vendors to ensure all goods deliver on time, and by partnering with Senior Manager to review budgets ensuring that projects are tracking to budget allocation and raise awareness of potential at-risk situations
- Maintain accuracy of data that informs assets version on distribution lists
- Uses expertise to provide quality control and set internal expectations for all visual merchandising and print production prototypes

- Uses expertise to provide quality control and set internal expectations for all visual merchandising and print production prototypes
- Drives fixture development, visual merchandising and production practices for multiple projects simultaneously and across multiple store and fixture types across North America
- Partners with internal teams and external vendors in the design of new and innovative in-store visual merchandising strategies
- Welcomes input from others and direction from Senior Manager to develop and implement creative ideas
Collaborates- Builds and maintains strong relationships with internal Sephora and Sephora within a Kohl’s teams from the store design, marketing, program management, merchandising, operations and store procurement teams
- Builds and maintains strong external vendor relationships with established and new vendors to manage schedules, costing and value engineering to deliver graphics and marketing and fixtures on time and on budget

We would love to hear from you if…
- Familiar with Smartsheets, Office Suite, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Workfront/Proof HQ a plus
- Working knowledge of budgets, quoting and invoicing
- Willingness to be flexible with change and approach projects with a can-do attitude
- Expertise in print production, visual merchandising and partnering with external vendors and internal teams
- Experience and desire to lead, mentor and manage a team
- Experience and desire to lead and contribute in cross-functional settings
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- 5+ years’ experience in a production management role focusing on print production and visual merchandising within a marketing organization
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team
The annual base salary range for this position is $114,000.00 - $128,000.00 The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant’s qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job. Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses.
