We are a skilled and respected cushion manufacturing company with a design twist!

Currently accepting applications for Packers. This is an entry level role in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Ability to learn products by style, name and number.
• Meet and maintain quality of work status.
• Placing labels, closing and taping boxes and bags.
• Perform other duties as assigned. Support and comply with all company policies, procedures and programs.
• Meet and exceed established production quantities.
• Packing of Cushions and Pillows in bags and/or boxes.
• Assist as needed with training and transitioning of new and/or transferred employees.

Requirements

• Energetic and strong work ethic.
• Must be able to lift, up to 40 lbs above the head on a frequent basis.
• Must be able to work 10 hours a day and flexible to work overtime as needed.
• Must be able to push carts loaded with over 100 lbs of product on a frequent basis.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment required to maintain production goals.
• Must be manually proficient and skillful with manual labor.
