Job Description
To fuel our rapid growth, we are seeking an accomplished Product Owner to inspire, create, enhance, and scale disruptive digital products. You will translate ideas into strategy and features following product development from ideation to delivery.
As a Product Owner, you will organize, prioritize and assess work for technology team. The ideal candidate has a combination of business acumen and technical knowledge. Open to remote work location.
The Product Owner will:
  • Mitigate roadblocks impacting team completion of release/sprint goals.
  • Ensure successful design, delivery, and adoption of solutions.
  • Voice of the Customer – represent and articulate customer feedback for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Refine and execute a product roadmap by synthesizing and prioritizing input and requirements.
  • Define requirements for sprint teams - translate the vision of the product, strategy, and customer feedback into engineering requirements.
  • Lead product-release plans and set expectations for the delivery of new solutions.
  • Develop detailed product specifications and ensure they are understood by stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business problem statements and convert them into user stories.
  • Assess value, develop business cases, and prioritize stories to ensure work aligns with product strategy and company objectives.
  • Plan sprints and manage backlog as part of the Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC) process
  • Act as Product Ambassador, sharing knowledge and answering questions about our solutions.
The base compensation range for this position is $82,000 to $120,000 per year. Your actual base salary will be determined based upon a number of factors which may include relevant experience, skills, location (labor market data), credentials (education, certifications), and internal equity.

  • Strong analytical skills, and ability to grasp complex concepts.
  • Experience in product management, consulting, program, and project management ideal.
  • Proven ability to synthesize stakeholder feedback and translate strategic vision into product requirements.
  • Experience with Release Management Planning.
  • Inclusive leader with proven project/program management experience
  • Must have experience working with a team to build APIs, Software Architecture, IoT data connectivity and Ingestion, and/or an enterprise platform.
  • Experience working with Aha! Or a similar roadmap tool.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive prioritization and execution of requirements across multiple sprints.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Capability to assist in Technical Refinement as needed.
  • Experience with agile processes and customer-focused solutions development
