Product Owner Jobs

Hybrid position located in Clayton, Missouri. 3 days onsite each week. Can come from a Product Owner, Project Manager, or Business Analyst background.

Requirements:

• Must have experience as a Product Owner/Manager, Technical Project Manager, or Business Analyst

• Ability to analyze, summarize, and interpret data and trends

• Intermediate to advanced experience with report creation and/or generation for business audiences (visual dashboards and reports a plus)

• Intermediate experience with MS Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, SharePoint) required, advanced Excel experience preferred

• Technical aptitude and ability to learn and manage applications (Aha!, Pendo)

• Six or more months of experience identifying business needs and requirements

• Six or more months of experience implementing or managing software applications

• Excellent Time management Skills

This individual will work with internal business partners, supporting product initiatives such as: product tool and application management; insights and reporting; and SharePoint site maintenance for our product team. Effective communication skills will be critical in this role, as it will be necessary to work with a diverse group of individuals, unifying and motivating peers and stakeholders across various teams to deliver solutions supporting our employee and customer needs, meeting our business and customer goals, and protecting the integrity of our brands.
