Product Manager For Rhythmic Gymnastics Platform

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our startup, which aims to revolutionize the approach to rhythmic gymnastics training using computer vision and biomechanics. The platform will be used on mobile.

Our team includes professional sportsmen with deep knowledge of the physical demands and pain points of rhythmic gymnastics training, and we have access to launch a pilot program in California.

Now the project is at an early stage and we are looking for a Product Manager for the first step - creating an MVP. It can be part time or full time, here we can find a compromise. Remote format.

Main tasks at this stage:

• Development of a roadmap for the launch of the product, consistent with the goals and vision of the project
• Formation of hypotheses on the product, selection of the target audience, description of the value of the product
• Creating mocks to simulate a future product, presentation to potential users and collecting feedback
• Study of providers of computer vision and biomechanics analysis technologies, technologies for the creation of highlights, etc. Estimation of the cost of using these solutions and their improvement. Choosing the best options for our task
• Working with the development team to create the MVP. MVP launch and usage data analysis
• Development of CustDev methodology and interviews with coaches, parents and athletes in English. Refine product hypotheses

Who we are looking for in the team:

• Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment and manage multiple priorities
• Fluent written and spoken English
• 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in the sports or fitness industry
• Interest in computer vision and biomechanics technologies. If you have worked with them before, it will be a big plus.
• Strong analytical skills, ability to conduct CustDev, collect and structure information
• The ideal candidate will be passionate about sports, or maybe even you are a fan of rhythmic gymnastics and want to contribute to the development of sports
• Absolute self-organization and the ability to transform ideas into a task plan
• Excellent communication skills, ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
