The Product Owner in a critical role on the Hallmark Digital Product Management team, which is at the core of the company’s efforts innovate digital solutions that help people connect and celebrate life’s meaningful moments and relationships. This team is transforming the Hallmark.com technical infrastructure and creating best-in-class omni-channel customer experiences.


WHAT YOUR ROLE ENTAIL AND HOW YOU’LL CONTRIBUTE

As a Digital Product Owner, you will be the subject matter expert within your assigned digital product and collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, Designers and Delivery Managers to most efficiently deliver superior digital consumer goods and experiences that drive sales and improved customer satisfaction on hallmark.com.

This role serves as critical member of an Agile development team and a primary contact for business stakeholders. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Plan sprints, create sprint goals, and draft sprint release communication.
  • Review new tickets in the backlog, conduct initial triage, and plan work for refinement.
  • Create and prioritize well-formed user stories and epics and maintain groomed backlog.
  • Condense technical language into concise non-technical language to clearly communicate with stakeholders.
  • Monitor post-production performance and customer feedback.
  • Work with Agile scrum team and participate in daily stand-up.
  • Lead user acceptance testing to deliver high quality products on time.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

The following is required to be considered for this role:

  • Experience communicating with technical and business stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
  • At least 1 year of experience working on a digital product management team or other related software development experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or 4 years professional work experience.
  • Experience working in Adobe or Google Analytics.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Your resume will stand out if you have:

  • Experience in Ecommerce or Digital Products.
  • Knowledge of Agile software development methodology.
  • Familiarity with user acceptance testing, debugging and analysis of issues.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills with a proven record of leading complex projects with multiple business partners.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS

  • This is a progressive role that will be filled at the level based on the skills and experience of the selected candidate.
  • The salary range for this job is between $82,000 and $130,000. Salary will take into consideration several factors including location.
