Synthesis


Synthesis is building the world’s best online education for kids—an education so good that billionaires and nation-states couldn’t buy better. We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager to help us identify and scale strategies for getting this education to as many kids as possible.


The individual filling this role will take the lead on a fast-paced, collaborative team to drive results for our products. If you are a self-starter who enjoys exploring and exploiting novel opportunities, then we want to talk with you!


Our Products


  • Synthesis Tutor - The world’s first digital tutor shown to be more effective than the world’s best human tutors. It’s based on groundbreaking research funded by DARPA.
  • Synthesis Teams - Team thinking games designed to turn kids into effective collaborators. It’s based on the most popular class offered by our co-founder Joshua Dahn at the SpaceX lab school.


Primary Responsibilities Include


  • Leading the creation, execution, and reporting for new marketing campaigns
  • Conducting research & experiments to develop customer personas, value propositions, offers, channels, and tactics for building market share
  • Creating buy-in for new approaches with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Collaborating with the product team to help identify and prioritize high-leverage features
  • Owning the marketing funnel & customer journey from first impression to trial


Job Requirements


Candidates, at a minimum, must meet the following:


  • 5+ years of professional experience working in product marketing
  • A professional portfolio with 3 B2C product launches or product pivots (including the research process, experiments, campaigns, and results)

  • Strong communication and collaboration with product teams and stakeholders.
