An exciting opportunity for a Product Manager to join our growing telemedicine team has arisen.
What to Expect as a Product Manager at Leafwell
As a Leafwell Product Manager on the Telemedicine Team, you will report to the Chief Product Officer. You will actively drive the growth and success of our telemedicine products, leveraging your strong product management skills and understanding of the healthcare industry. You will exhibit a deep understanding of the unique requirements and challenges of telemedicine and will have a strong focus on user-centric design and delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and customer support, to drive the development and enhancement of our telemedicine products.
- Leverage data and user feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancements and improvements.
- Ensure that our telemedicine services are compliant with all relevant regulations, working closely with our legal and compliance teams.
- Develop, execute, and manage a comprehensive product roadmap for our telemedicine products, prioritizing initiatives based on market trends, user needs, and business objectives.
- Manage relationships with strategic partners to expand our telemedicine offerings and improve user experiences.
As a Leafwell Product Manager on the Telemedicine Team, you will report to the Chief Product Officer. You will lead a data team of 3 full time employees, 2 contractors, and variable part-time contributors. The Product Manager will drive the development and improvement of Leafwell's data-driven products, making a tangible impact on the medical cannabis industry.

- Experience in cannabis industry
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Healthcare Administration, Computer Science) or equivalent experience.
- Bonus points if:
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in healthcare or telemedicine.
- Knowledge of relevant healthcare and privacy regulations.
- Understanding of healthcare industry trends and regulations.
