Support current product strategy through:
- Focus on opportunities for streamlining product offerings
- Support large customer projects, such as Cintas
- Build and manage a robust product roadmap driven by company strategy
- Attend trade shows and association meetings, as required
- Coordinate with customer/sales and internal teams on customer driven product development to ensure customer requirements are met and new products are delivered on time
- Define and manage the product roadmap
- Become a product expert on current and upcoming offerings and identify opportunities for new products
- Run the NPD gated process for new product programs
- Manage the development, integration, and validation of new product offerings to meet customer needs
- Evaluate new technologies/options offered by current and potential suppliers
- Present the roadmap and status of product development to executive leadership
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products.
- College degree or commensurate work experience
- Highly organized with the ability to perform with minimal direction/supervision.
- 3 years of product management experience preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
