Support current product strategy through:

• Focus on opportunities for streamlining product offerings
• Support large customer projects, such as Cintas
• Build and manage a robust product roadmap driven by company strategy

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND ACTIVITIES:

• Attend trade shows and association meetings, as required
• Coordinate with customer/sales and internal teams on customer driven product development to ensure customer requirements are met and new products are delivered on time
• Define and manage the product roadmap
• Become a product expert on current and upcoming offerings and identify opportunities for new products
• Run the NPD gated process for new product programs
• Manage the development, integration, and validation of new product offerings to meet customer needs
• Evaluate new technologies/options offered by current and potential suppliers
• Present the roadmap and status of product development to executive leadership

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products.
• College degree or commensurate work experience
• Highly organized with the ability to perform with minimal direction/supervision.
• 3 years of product management experience preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
