  • Coordination across teams to launch products and features, managing in-market products post-launch.
  • Development of technical requirements and specifications.
  • Partner with engineering and design to define user stories, guide product definition, and conduct user testing.
  • Ensuring proper internal and external product documentation
  • Research, develop, coordinate, and implement product strategy, align this strategy with marketing efforts, and ensure all operating teams are instructed on new product offers and go-to-market strategies.
  • Partner with clients and prospects to identify challenges and demonstrate how our solution(s) can help solve them.
  • Researching areas for new potential revenue streams.
  • Coordinating with marketing, sales, and partnership teams to develop sound distribution strategies.
  • Prioritizing backlog of requests and suggestions
  • Tracking key product metrics and creating internal measurement dashboards
  • Conducting research and competitive intelligence to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
  • Management of several projects aligned with our product strategy/roadmap.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Fraud/risk/e-commerce payments experience is desired.
  • Ability to collaborate well with engineers, designers, and business partners.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders.
  • At least 3 years of product management experience in B2B software development e.g., SaaS solutions
  • Self-starter, comfortable leading change and getting things done.
  • Experience in bringing a B2B solution/product to market.
  • Ability to travel less than 10%
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and time management skills.
  • Solid entrepreneurial mindset and comfort with ambiguity and rapid change.
  • Well-versed in writing Business Requirement Documentation in JIRA/Confluence.
  • Experienced in presenting information to audiences of varying sizes and backgrounds.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with others and navigate complex decision-making.
