Key responsibilities:
  • Partner with internal teams and develop robust customer-centric solutions to solve pain-points
  • Work closely with engineering, design, operations, sales, marketing, and customer success to translate feature into stories for implementation
  • Create detailed product specifications
  • Be a champion of intuitive and easy-to-use user experience
  • Design, ideate, and identify features and products that will drive revenue growth and inform roadmap prioritization
  • Follow the product development from ideation through release including managing pre-release activities with testing, validation, internal education, and demos
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative research to support product features
  • Define use cases, target customer segments, personas, and messaging
  • Team up with internal and external stakeholders to solve complex customer needs with clear solutions, features, and products
  • Analyze customer feedback and provide roadmap recommendations
  • Develop and maintain a prioritized backlog based on business value, customer feedback, and company strategy
  • Be informed of the competitive landscape, new technologies, and trends
  • Build data-driven roadmaps that align with long-term strategic goals and objectives
Basic Qualifications:
  • Typically three to five years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
Skills & competencies required:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or Computer Science preferred, or equivalent work experience
  • 3 or more years of experience as a product owner or business analyst in software as a service or web and mobile applications
  • 5 or more years of professional experience
Preferred experience:
  • Performance-oriented and passionate about FinTech’s
  • Knowledge of payment services
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in payments
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Promoter of Agile methodologies
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to convert technical concepts into non technical stories
  • Creative and strategic thinker

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, US Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401k contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $111,010.00 - $130,600.00 - $143,660.00
