Location:- San Francisco, CA or Pittsburgh, PA (Hybrid)

Duration:-Long term Contract

Looking for someone with experience in Credit Card and Retail.

Responsibility:-

• Engage business stakeholders throughout the execution of a project, ensuring that what is delivered meets our business goals and objectives
• Proactively identify opportunities and issues, work with internal partners to understand options and execute solutions
• Own the Technology Credit product vision and roadmap – this person will have a dedicated focus on bringing features to life for our customers that drive new enrollments into the credit card program or drive shopping engagements for existing credit customers.
• Synthesize business requirements, identify areas of uncertainty, recommend solutions, and gather buy-in from relevant stakeholders
• Champion the needs of customers with a focus on both customer and business value
• Prioritize features based on customer and business value and understand the art of sequencing their delivery with an agile framework
• Develop detailed requirements and feature definitions
• Analyze market research, user feedback, data, and competitive landscape to identify new product opportunities and enhancements
• Blend strong business acumen, technical problem solving and agile execution
• Drive cross-functional teams comprised of both business roles and technical development during the life cycle of features on your product roadmap
• Collaborate with internal business partners to ideate, refine requirements and define enhancements
• Define metrics of success and analyze results
• Lead complex projects independently, develop a strong understanding of our customers, manage multiple concurrent projects, and identify and lead solutions that recognize significant business and customer value
• Collaborate with key stakeholders and UX team to develop growth strategy for the Credit program that meets and exceeds the needs of our customer

YOU’VE GOT WHAT WE NEED. (the must haves.)

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
• Proven ability to engage with engineers, designers, and company leaders in a constructive and collaborative relationship
• Bachelor's Degree
• Ability to concurrently manage multiple projects in various phases of ideation, execution, or delivery
• Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting
• Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation & planning skills
• Ability to figure out solutions to hard problems with many constraints, using sound judgment to assess risks, and to lay out your argument in a well-structured, data-informed, written narrative
• Ability to work with and influence peers and senior management
• Experience with agile development
• 5+ years related experience in digital/ecommerce and store technologies
• Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team
• Data driven mindset and track record
• Demonstrated understanding of the techniques and methods of modern product discovery and product delivery
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
