Job Description
We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Product Manager to lead the charge in enhancing the user experience of our product. As the Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in creating an innovative and seamless website experience dedicated to high school athletics. You will work closely with Product and Engineering Teams as well as other internal and external stakeholders to plan and execute this new experience, as well as future product enhancements and features.


As part of the Product Management Team, you’ll have the opportunity to work alongside an extremely passionate and supportive team focused on building market-leading, innovative solutions. We follow an Agile process to iteratively drive important business outcomes.


Additional responsibilities and accountabilities for this role include:


  • Develop and maintain a clear and comprehensive product roadmap that aligns with the company's vision, business goals, and user needs
  • Documenting and communicating objectives, requirements, and constraints for product features and releases
  • Define and prioritize product requirements and features based on user needs, market trends, and business objectives
  • Develop and communicate product roadmaps, timelines, and release plans to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency
  • Understanding the unique needs of high school sports enthusiasts, you will craft user-centric solutions to elevate their ticketing journey.
  • Collaborate with engineers and designers to build out market-leading products and continue to improve and service the products over time
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies and ensure successful product launches and adoption
  • You will take ownership of driving the improvement of our fan ticketing experience.


THE PERSON


  • Has experience working in an Agile environment
  • 4+ years of Product experience
  • Experience building B2C products, including an understanding of advertising, SEO, and general website capabilities
  • Experience with building and maintaining iOS and Android apps is a plus
