Job Description
JOB SUMMARY:


The Retail Mobile Applications Product Manager will support the technical and functional development of L’Occitane US & CA iOS mobile applications, managing the usability, preferences, and its functionalities. This person plays a key role within the organization and ensures customer-centric shopping experience through personalization and innovation.


This is a 1-year contract position with possible extension.


KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Visit stores regularly to observe and use the products in real environment and gather feedback.
  • Own systems configuration and performance of products
  • Help, guide, and train users on usage of platforms and tools
  • Performs other related duties as assigned
  • Validate functionalities and track KPIs to determine success of products
  • Oversee and support the management of functional & technical documentation
  • Work with global team in product development timelines, maintenance, and testing
  • Aligning stakeholders around the vision for the product.
  • Manage Relationships with internal and external partners
  • Own and maintain the Product and Sprint Backlogs; refine and prioritize Features and User Stories for the Scrum team.
  • Ideate and formalize detailed business requirements through efficient user stories


REQUIREMENTS:


  • Experience with JIRA, Confluence
  • 4 + years of experience in Digital product development
  • Experience with iOS mobile development and microservices cloud infrastructure.
  • Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Proactive and performance driven problem solver
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Agile Product Owner experience
  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS preferred)


The salary range for this role is $100,000 - $12,000 for the NYC region (based on skills, experience and with differentials applied if outside of NY).


This is a hybrid position, based in New York City or New Jersey.
