Overview:
This role will manage the day-to-day Product and Marketing team supporting the growth of the Dietary Supplements Brands and their portfolio in the US retail market (i.e. Prunelax, Fr!ska, amongst others). The Product Manager is an important support member and an individual contributor to the Megalabs USA Organization, reporting directly to the USA Dietary Supplements Business Unit Manager. This is a Full-time in person position, located at headquarters in Miami, FL
Responsibilities include:
·Marketing Plans Management with digital focus: Lead the development and execution of different materials, ensuring consistency in our marketing communication strategy while building relationships with sales, marketing, retailers, agencies, etc.
·Digital focus: Manage the digital plans and monitor the content is executed properly, within strategy & is up-to-date (including but not limited to website, and social media channels).
·Budget Management: Manage the budget including the development of the annual budget, management of line items, opening and closing POs, contract approvals, and tracking spend vs budget throughout the year.
·Business Analytics: Provide in-depth monthly analysis of sell-in / sell-out (POS) data for management-level presentations.
Skills & Requirements
·Bachelor’s Degree required in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. (MBA a plus).
·Minimum of 3 years experience in the USA working directly in product, brand management, or marketing operations in high-level of execution and financial/budget management.
·Experience in Consumer-Packaged Goods, preferably in Personal and well-being. (OTC a plus)
·Experience in executing integrated marketing plans to support product launch and expansion efforts.
·Including but not limited to Digital and Social Media channels,
·Experience leading and managing creative agencies.
·Stays current on industry trends, news, and market-shaping events.
·Must possess outstanding project management, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills and maintain a high attention to detail – both oral and written
·Strong analytic skills, work ethic, and demonstrated initiative to learn and make sound business recommendations consistently.
·Must be a results-driven team player with an entrepreneurial spirit and passion to drive brand growth with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
·Take charge mentality with a “roll-up-your-sleeves” orientation and a serious commitment to accountability and ownership.
·Proficient knowledge and use of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
·Bilingual: Spanish/English fluent
