Urgent need for a Design and Product Development Engineer with NOT more than 5 years experience.

Our client is a growth-mode manufacturer of actuators and related components for several industry verticals based outside of Charlotte, NC.

TITLE: Design and Product Development Engineer, Actuators

LOCATION: Metro Charlotte, NC

Responsibilities:

1. Research, design, and develop precision actuators and related components.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, optimize designs for cost and reliability.
3. Create detailed CAD designs, oversee prototyping, and testing.
4. Ensure compliance with industry standards and quality control.
5. Support manufacturing and continuous product improvement efforts.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
• Actuator design experience
• CAD proficiency.
• Attention to detail, adaptability, and project management abilities.
• Knowledge of materials, manufacturing, and quality standards.
