Purpose:


The Product Coordinator assists with the product creation process within each category by managing the data entry process as well as supporting the coordination of key milestones.


Job Responsibilities


Key Responsibilities:


  • Tracks, documents, unpacks, organizes, and inventories all seasonal samples
  • Executes research and competitive analysis projects as needed
  • Conducts seasonal buying volume analysis
  • Manages the approval process for all seasonal product imagery
  • Responsible for day-to-day data management within multiple systems. This includes entering and editing product data across multiple seasons
  • Participates in all fit/teardown sessions and documents outcomes
  • Manages sample ordering, product hangtags, and packaging for respective product categories
  • Sets up showrooms for external and internal meetings (i.e., Collect/organize necessary samples, dress mannequins, merchandise walls with products from key stories)
  • Assists in the preparation and maintenance of all relevant team documents
  • Conducts system testing and works with internal teams on updates
  • Coordinates sell-in shoots in-house and offsite


Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree and relevant experience required
  • 0-2 years of experience with data entry
  • Ability to handle high-volume work and manage multiple tasks
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and experience with managing data
  • Ability to manage multiple systems
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
