As a procurement specialist on the Procurement Center of Excellence team, you’ll act as the primary liaison between various business areas and our Corporate Procurement Management organization. In this role, you’ll perform process and opportunity analytics while overseeing the planning and training responsibilities for all associated business areas. Using the procure-to-pay software tool, you’ll support our internal stakeholders through data request and provide day-to-day troubleshooting/problem-solving. You'll partner with various subject matter experts across the organization and help facilitate our long-term strategic vision to enhance the procurement process. In addition, you’ll promote continuous improvements and organizational change management for governance, risk, and compliance initiatives as Progressive continues to grow.

Must-have Qualifications

• In lieu of a degree, High School Diploma/GED equivalent and a minimum of six years' experience in analysis, procurement, strategic sourcing, supplier management or supplier diversity.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Supply Chain Management or related field of study (e.g., Finance, Business) and a minimum of three years' experience in analysis, procurement, strategic sourcing, supplier management or supplier diversity.

Preferred Skills

• A strong foundation in data analytics and expert level Excel skills (VLOOKUP’s, pivot tables)
• Demonstrated procurement process and business knowledge and experience with Coupa or similar procure-to-pay software
• Continuous improvement, organizational change management, and operational problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with key industry terminology and procured materials and services
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and strong project management and organizational skills
• 3+ years of experience in third party risk management, supplier risk management and procurement and a Certified Regulatory Vendor Program Manager (CRVPM) certification

Compensation

• $68,100 - $90,800/year
• Gainshare bonus up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
