KBW Financial has partnered with a growing consumer product manufacturing company to identify a Procurement Manager. This newly created role will own the centralized procurement function from order to receipt, and be the key point-of-contact for all procurement vendor relationships. In office role 4 days per week - Friday remote.

• Forecast purchasing needs and manage process for order fulfillment and keep appropriate inventory levels
• Provide valuable analysis and insight for possible savings through vendor consolidations, price and terms negotiations
• Manage reporting and KPIs for inventory cycle-counts, pricing and lead-time changes, status of open orders, and sku’s to vendor mapping
• Act as single point-of-contact for all procurement needs
• Manage Warehouse Team providing day-to-day guidance and direction on process flows and problem management oversight
• Manage internal customer relationships to ensure best practices
• Coordinate logistics for all inbound shipments and ensure expediency of the order process

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related
• MS Excel skills
• Manufacturing environment experience
• Strong communication skills
• 5+ years of procurement experience
• 2+ years of management or leadership experience
