Job Description

PERM: $90-100K + 10% bonus


Top Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related fields
  • 5+ years of management level experience (ie: Supply Chain, Accounts payable leadership, Accounting)
  • Experience guiding teams across wide variety of tasks within high volume/fast paced organization.
  • Professional experiencing utilizing ERP Systems (SAP Preferred)


Plusses:


  • Enterprise level food and beverage financial experience
  • Global Experience within accounts payable, treasury, procurement.
  • Master of Business Degree
  • Familiar with Source to pay technologies such as SOX/Internal Controls
  • Experience utilizing SAP Concur (travel and entertainment/travelling expenses)


Daily Responsibilities:


An employer is looking for a Procure to Pay Manager to direct a high-performance team in accounts payable, treasury support, procurement services, travel & entertainment, and corporate card management. This person will be managing a wide range of activity, they will be managing AP, expense reports, and making sure PO and pricing will be overseeing. They will provide guidance to the team and be heavily involved in process improvement, looking at metrics, overseeing KPI's, meeting with the team, setting expectation. There's going to be two leads directly reporting to the P2P manager (Accounts Payable and Procurement team). This Pay manager is going to be challenging their lead and interacting with them on a day-to-day basis. They will have conversations with procurement and within the IT division. They will need to manage a break of activity, driving forward thinking and motivated to growth mindsets. A leader who is more personable will succeed as they will be having conversations with vendors, corporate, IT, legal, etc. They will be monitoring goods received not invoices (GRNI) including reporting, communication, and escalation of aged balances. They will Partner with PTP Global Process Leader and Procurement team to develop and achieve strategic business objective, so it is imperative this manager is communicative to excel in high volume/fast-paced setting.
