Are you interested in joining a team delivering innovative supply chain capabilities through analytics support and outstanding processes?

The Process Engineer provides technical expertise process development, improvement of complex operations and equipment. Also, plans and conducts activities related to the development of new processes including researching current and emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet/Exceed all operations metrics outlined for the operation.
• Translate and integrate Franchise / Customer requirements into the Distribution execution process.
• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required. Focus Degree in Engineering is preferred.
• Develop and Implement process supporting the MD Distribution Strategy.
• Lead / Participate in proposal processes, including draft of requirements, evaluation and testing of solutions.
• Monitor process for trends; take corrective action or process improvement action as necessary.
• Ensure process and systems capability are connected and integrated.
• Conduct LEAN assessments.
• Ensure accurate and timely information is received by 3PL from Franchises, Deliver, or other stakeholders.
• Investigate process excellence techniques to identify systematic issues.
• Investigate and Recommend on the selection of new equipment.

Experience And Skills

Required:

• Ability to collaborate within a diverse and inclusive environment
• Experience in Lean fundamentals six sigma
• Experience in implementing process improvements
• Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience
• Proven knowledge to write effectively, rationalize conclusions and recommendations, and compliantly document for regulatory bodies

Preferred

• Ability to be a technical administrator, expert user, and trainer of the warehouse control system application suite
• Experience warehousing/distribution or production environments with automated equipment and systems

Other

• This position may require up to 10% of domestic and/or international travel.
