Responsibilities


  • Manage receipt of new technologies from the Research and Development organizations and ensure manufacturability capability.
  • Effectively interface with internal and external customers to ensure quality, technical, and supply needs are achieved.
  • Position may require travel.
  • Driving a Lean culture of continuous improvement and waste elimination.
  • Oversee factory roadmaps and execution for the module process areas.
  • Oversight of Lithography Process Engineering Team. Manage diverse team of engineers toward maximizing module performance to achieve team objectives.
  • Provide technical leadership to the engineering team to quickly troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across broad array of fab technologies.


Qualifications


  • Leadership experience managing diverse team toward complex goals.
  • Excellent communication, meeting facilitation and presentation skills.
  • Strong lithography understanding and experience. Knowledge of equipment and processess used for wafer patterning.
  • Strong background and understanding in wafer fab process engineering and integration.
  • Strong data analytical skills and understanding of SPC, APC, FDC.
  • Understanding of Lean Principles and ability to model, teach, and facilitate organizational culture change.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external customers.


Required Education & Experience


  • BS in Engineering and minimum 8 years of semiconductor experience.
  • MS or PhD in Engineering is preferred.
