Job Description

Sario Partners is pleased to be partnered with one of North America and Europe's premier boutique professional services firms that is looking to heavily expand its already stellar Performance Improvement, Supply Chain and Procurement focused practice


The Principal position is a revenue focused (largely via PE clientele), top-level role, and is open to professionals with 10+ years of work experience in a strategy consultancy firm.


Ideal candidates will be selling $1M+ per annum currently with either a boutique strategy consulting firm or "big 4" environment with a focus on:


  • Supply Chain
  • Procurement
  • Performance Improvement
  • PE Value Creation


Requirements

  • Experience in business development and deep relationships with corporate executives
  • Deep corporate strategy consulting expertise
  • Superior problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Experience in leading teams of professionals and growing offices
  • Viewed by top executives as a trusted C-suite advisor
  • Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier university with an outstanding academic record
  • Current US citizenship and/or work authorization to work in the US
  • Advanced degree; MBA, PhD etc preferred
  • 10+ years of work experience, with at least 5 years at a top-10 strategy house.
