Position Summary:
Translate (nutritional) scientific discoveries into differentiated, innovative, science-based, clinically relevant, nutrition products and solutions (in order to improve quality of life of people with medical conditions) and strengthen the multi-generational R&D pipelines, working in close collaboration with the Global R&D Managers.
Key Responsibilities:

• Designs nutritional profiles and preserves integrity of benefits delivered to patients
• Leads conceptualization of discoveries from all sources to nutritional opportunities and/or solutions aligned with NHSc platform strategic intent and business objectives (translator)
• Organize and lead Ideation & Prototyping sessions to generate differentiating concepts
• Supports the scientific substantiation of clinical benefits and provides nutritional expertise for due diligences
• Lead relevant Science & Technology Knowledge building and nutrition projects
• Searches, evaluates and proposes new ingredient concepts
• Works in close collaboration with internal (Nestle Research (NR), Product Technology Centers, etc) and external experts to explore new product solutions
