We are currently looking for a talented Principal AI Artist to join the ART department, who will work on implementing the best practices in using AI for our projects. Do you have what it takes? Apply now!

What you’ll do:

• Monitor new technologies in graphics production with artificial intelligence, selecting and implementing best practices internally;
• Train neural networks for the needs of projects in close cooperation both with the company’s ML programmers and independently;
• Write documentation.
• Advise, train, and help company projects with the implementation of neural networks in art production processes;
• Explore the possibilities of neural networks in the field of production automation of pipeline graphics, as well as in the field of concepting and creative development;

It’s important to us:

• Experience in developing mobile game projects.
• Excellent communication skills: you have to be able to express yourself clearly, both in written and oral forms;
• Ability to work with Midjourney and Stable Diffusion;
• Good drawing skill within your specialization (characters, environments, etc.) without the use of neural networks;
• Readiness to confirm experience in Stable Diffusion training in an interview or portfolio;

Would be a great bonus:

• Experience in team management.
• Experience in teaching;

We don’t expect you to be good at both drawing and programming—the work will be done in close contact with the company’s ML specialists, who will take care of the technical part of the work, but we hope that you won’t be scared of having to dive into the technical details from time to time. We expect you to be a great enthusiast for the application of neural networks, have experience in project development, and knowledge of graphics development pipelines. This is necessary to understand the project requirements. In simpler terms, you should be well acquainted with graphics development to effectively communicate with artists. This position would be a great fit for you if you’re interested in exploring new tools for graphics development.
