Job Description
Zaya Care is a venture-backed company on a mission to help parents afford full-spectrum maternity care. By enabling previously out-of-network specialists to take insurance at rewarding terms, practitioners can grow their independent practice, while allowing a more diverse population of parents to access their services. Zaya's practitioner network is at the forefront of redesigning maternal healthcare.

Why Zaya?
Our platform helps expectant/new parents find maternity specialists covered by their insurance. Zaya acts as the bridge between parent, practitioner and insurer, empowering parents to find the best care for their needs and enabling unprecedented access to insurance-covered, full-spectrum maternity support.
Tackling accessibility issues in maternal health care starts with supporting our practitioner network. Zaya’s practitioners are passionate about their specialty and the care they give, and we’re passionate about helping them succeed. Zaya’s technology, network model, support services, and professional community are designed to help your practice thrive, on your terms.

Zaya Care is looking to partner with licensed Dietitians, to join our rapidly expanding multi-specialty practitioner network, composed of professionals committed to transforming maternal health and motivated to improve access to their private practice and specialty services. As an existing business owner, joining Zaya allows you to offer insurance as a payment option expanding who you can help and how quickly.

Benefits of joining Zaya’s provider network
  • Flexibility & Autonomy: set your own schedule and caseload across insurance/self pay clients to match your lifestyle and goals. Use Zaya full or part-time and accept office, home or video visits. There are no requirements on how you practice or the clients you see – you’re in control.
  • Insurance made easy: get credentialed with major payers, at zero cost or hassle. From verifying client benefits to claims management, Zaya handles it.
  • Guaranteed Payment: reliable biweekly payouts, ensuring you’re paid on-time for all appointments. Anxiety-free billing, as Zaya accepts any reimbursement risk
  • Practice Growth: gaining in-network status and Zaya’s directory profile, matching and scheduling promise simplified client connections and meaningful growth (in bookings, client base, revenue and/or ideal client mix)
  • Community: find support, camaraderie, development opportunities and knowledge sharing among like-minded professionals, both within and across specialties

Qualifications

  • You're a licensed dietitian (RDN or RD) starting a new private practice.
This is a 1099/ contractor position for existing providers.

The session rates are determined by time spent with patient and insurance payer. We will cover this more in the Introduction to Zaya session.
