Business Analyst Jobs

This Position

This position is responsible for providing accounting and financial reporting support to ensure ongoing requirements are met with a high standard of excellence.

• Prepare other financial analysis and assist with special projects as necessary.
• Prepare and organize documents for internal and external audits.
• Research and reconcile discrepancies within the general ledger.
• Involved in projects with other non-financial departments.
• Accounting or finance degree can work in excel proficiently and has an appetite for growth and knowledge.
• Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and yearly required reports and analyses for parent company.
• Responsible for accurate and timely weekly and month-end closing duties, including journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations. Maintain electronic month end closing files.
• Help supporting our asset management and procurement group, our estimating group, as well as our training/compliance/internal operations support, it’s going to be as much about having financial acumen as it is a personality that can work with a wide variety of folks.
• Provide billing support, FP&A support, and other traditional accounting/finance tasks,

WHAT DO YOU HAVE?

• Able to coordinate and follow through to the completion of multiple projects.
• Problem-solving skills including troubleshooting and resolving issues with processes, reports, etc.
• Strong PC skills including Excel.
• You have strong written communication and customer service orientation.
• You work effectively both independently and collaboratively with differing levels and departments.
• It’s going to be as much about having financial acumen as it is a personality that can work with a wide variety of internal teams as a subject matter and business analyst.
• Can research and analyze various financial data and have a solid understanding of accounting principles.
• You have strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Accounting degree and 2-4 years accounting experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
