Responsibilities

• Serves as an inclusive, collaborative leader and relationship builder.
• Identify and implement improvements in efficiency, quality, and throughput, addressing opportunities in activities, key metrics, and personnel.
• Develops strategic plans for both IDD and Behavioral Health that promotes financial sustainability and success.
• Fosters a positive work environment, strong morale, and a culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging for all team members and providers.
• Make significant progress towards execution of a strategic plan, in partnership with the chief executive officer (CEO) and executive team.
• Drives results through strong fiscal, operational, and strategic management of RHA.
• Communicates the RHA vision and organizational goals, empowering others to reach their full potential.
• Ensures operations meet the highest standards of quality and care and that RHA operates in a manner that is ethical, efficient, and financially sound.
• Develop high-quality, trust-based relationships with all RHA constituencies, including senior leaders throughout the organization, board members, community health leadership, and support staff

Required Education/Experience

• Experience with computer software: MS Office and Databases.
• Valid driver’s license including personal vehicle insurance coverage preferred.
• Requires a BS/BA degree from a 4-year college or university (graduate degree preferred) in a human services field, healthcare management, or general business/public administration.
• Prefer 12+ years related experience preferably in the Healthcare industry.
• Graduate degrees in related areas preferred.
