Job Description

Our client is a staffing/PEO company that is a subsidiary of a group of companies who work in construction, transportation/trucking, and consulting. The growing organization needs a President who will be responsible for overseeing and growing all operational activities of the staffing/PEO organization and ensuring that business objectives are met.



Analyze and evaluate current operational processes, develop strategies to improve efficiency, and manage projects and resources. Additionally, be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures that support the organization's objectives and be the key driver of the company’s strategic growth and will work directly with owners the company vision and achieve successful and sustainable growth for the company.



Job Responsibilities



Drive profitable innovation, improvement, and growth in the company’s operations.

Build relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners.

Implement operational planning and goal setting across all functional areas.

Analyze and evaluate programs, policies, business process changes, and other opportunities using financial and operational analyses and be able to present findings to the owners and others to drive results.



Education And Experience


5+ years’ experience in senior/executive operation management role, preferably in a construction/industrial staffing and/or PEO firm. Leadership experience with direct responsibility for forecasting, strategic planning, job costing, deal analysis and negotiations, and partnership development. Bachelor’s Degree in business, finance, or accounting; master’s degree preferred.
