Position Overview
The President will oversee the company’s overall service operations structure while looking to create opportunities to refine processes, personnel, and infrastructure to meet current and future demands. Responsible for managing this through strategy, structure, budgets, people, financial outcomes, and scorecard metrics.
Job Duties
- Plan, design, and align capabilities for future company initiatives and projects.
- Work with the Service, Customer Service, Operations, and Sales teams to translate strategy into departmental goals and KPIs and to track success and address areas which need improvement.
- Review and monitor P&L to meet company goals.
- Ensure all services and products meet quality standards.
- Direct and optimize current and future labor needs.
- Conducts timely, complete, and meaningful performance management conversations.
- Driving a culture of safety and managing several safety initiatives and processes.
- Leads and inspires team around the organization’s core values and mission.
- Leads and coaches’ direct reports on their development and success.
- Develop and maintain organizational structure aligned with the company’s objectives.
- Identify areas of improvement for our product and customer experience and collaborate with other departments to implement changes.
- Contribute to overall business strategy and annual budget process.
- Management of vendor relationships.
- Provide guidance and direction to the Leadership Team, as well as participate in their development.
- Responsible for overall recruitment strategies and hiring decisions made by the team.
- Work closely with sales to understand demand trends and align our capabilities to meet any changes in demand.
- Reviews service technician productivity reports and provides feedback to service managers.
Position Requirements
- Strong background in operations within a service-based environment.
- Proven track record of year-over-year growth of operation.
- Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics.
- Experience with developing budgets and writing business plans.
- Limited travel required.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Adept at transitioning seamlessly from a strategic level vision to day-to-day tactical operations.
- Experience building high performing teams, including the ability to recognize and cultivate rising talent.
· Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
