You will need to have the skills and experience to develop strategies for increasing financial resources linked to

community priorities and the organization’s strategic initiatives. We will expect our leader to be able to create and build awareness of United Way’s role in the community ensuring involvement of its diverse constituencies. As the President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO), you will maintain accountability for the overall operational and fiscal integrity of the organization within the policies set by the board of directors.
