Positions Hiring: Evening And Weekend/Part-Time Registered Behavior Technician (Rbt)/Behavior Therapist

Responsibilities and Duties

• Conduct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions with clients either in home or in our clinic; Implementation of goals and teaching plans; Data collection on online software (training provided); Attend in-take meetings with new clients, Assist in parent training with BCBA; Proactively communicate with staff and team members; Maintain confidentiality, ethical guidelines, policies including HIPPA laws; Must be able to travel to client’s homes.

Qualifications and Skills

• RBT certification preferred; At least 1 year experience working with kids and preferred experience with children diagnosed ASD or other related disorders; Minimum education required is a high school diploma or equivalent. (Prefer candidates with a bachelors degree or enrolled in a masters level program) Bachelors degree in ABA, Psychology, education, or related field; Playful and energetic; Ability to crawl on floor and remained physically engaged with some of our more active kiddos; Strong observation skills; Background in behavior intervention plans preferred; Strong verbal, written and communication skills; Ability to pass a background check; Valid driver’s license and provide proof of auto insurance.
