Portfolio Manager - Rates Swaps

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Portfolio Manager specializing in rates swaps trading to lead a world-class team in systematic trading strategies across a range of strategies in mid to HFT trading


As a Head Of/Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for designing and implementing trading strategies, managing risk, overseeing the performance of the portfolio, mentoring junior traders, and staying up-to-date with the latest market trends and opportunities. You will work closely with the research and engineering teams to develop and optimize the trading model and provide leadership to the team.


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with research and engineering teams to develop and implement innovative trading strategies.
  • Monitor and analyse market conditions to identify new trading opportunities and adjust - portfolio positions accordingly.
  • Design and implement IR Swaps trading strategies to optimize portfolio performance.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior traders, including training on options trading techniques and risk management.
  • Oversee the performance of the options portfolio, including tracking and reporting on key performance metrics.
  • Manage risk effectively to achieve desired risk-adjusted returns.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in options trading and apply them to improve portfolio performance.


Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge and experience in options trading, including various strategies and risk management techniques,
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and guide junior traders.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to analyze complex market data.
  • Experience with trading platforms, risk management systems, and trading tools.
  • Proven track record of managing IR swaps portfolios and achieving consistent returns.


Offering a competitive compensation package, including base salary and PnL split up to 40%
